My stay at Fairmont Dallas had its ups and downs. While the cocktail service at the bar was fantastic and the drinks truly stood out, I faced several challenges with the room and service that shaped my overall experience. Specifically, the blackout curtain was broken, leading to early morning light, and I had to repeatedly request a refrigerator. On a positive note, the concierge, Phillip, was exceptionally helpful, making me feel welcome. Overall, there’s room for improvement.

While the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, I was let down by the cleanliness of my room and the pool area.
