Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Fairmont Dallas had its ups and downs. While the cocktail service at the bar was fantastic and the drinks truly stood out, I faced several challenges with the room and service that shaped my overall experience. Specifically, the blackout curtain was broken, leading to early morning light, and I had to repeatedly request a refrigerator. On a positive note, the concierge, Phillip, was exceptionally helpful, making me feel welcome. Overall, there’s room for improvement.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Fairmont Dallas. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and museums, and my room was clean and spacious with a great view. However, I faced some issues with customer service, particularly at check-in, which detracted from the overall experience.
I recently stayed at Fairmont Dallas for the GBTA Convention, and there were both highs and lows. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, I was let down by the cleanliness of my room and the pool area. My family enjoyed some aspects, like the spacious room and friendly staff, but the overall experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the Fairmont brand.
During my stay at Fairmont Dallas, I appreciated the location and friendly service, but I encountered several issues that detracted from my experience. The cleanliness in my room needed improvement, and certain amenities felt outdated. Overall, the hotel had its strengths but fell short in areas I expected to be better.
During my recent stay at Fairmont Dallas, I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly from Antonio, the valet, who made me feel special by remembering my name. However, the room I was in had some heating issues and there were charges for services that I expected to be complimentary. Overall, while the staff and ambiance were lovely, the issues with the room and service left something to be desired.
